Enchanted Homes has been building homes since 1983. They started in the Pacific Northwest and opened their South Carolina division in 2005. Ryan Kaiser bought the company in 2007 and helped it grow. Enchanted Homes builds strong homes using good materials. They care about details and make sure homes are bright, comfortable, and good for families. Many things that cost extra with other builders come standard in their homes.
