Knew the local Greenville market well and was able to point me in a direction of nicer areas in my price range. Was open and honest about homes and how the market was currently behaving. Didn’t push me toward any specific property I wasn’t comfortable with. Very informative through the home viewing process and was ready to look at any house at a moments notice. Helpful in explaining what the entire process will look like from the beginning and sticking to that while the process was actually happening. Was patient with me being a first time home buyer and finding exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. Collaborated with the seller and loan manager well to make sure everything flowed through as quickly and smoothly as possible in the closing process. Was able to negotiate a price that both me and the seller were very happy with. All-around great experience and would be excited to work with him again in the future.
