"Overall experience with SK has not been a bad experience. Previous warranty guy fell through scheduled dates and never followed up which is probably why Gabe got involved after my numerous calls regarding scheduled times not being met. Gabe did come through and got pending items fixed and was persistent making sure vendors were there when they were supposed to be. If SK had more guys like Gabe I feel homeowners would be a little more at ease with the warranty process. My 60 day warranty items are just getting completed 8 months after taking possession of the home. 03/10/2025"
